At geomoto, we take privacy seriously. However the very nature of our service is to allow the geographic tracking of people, vehicles and other important assets and resources – so some people may be concerned about privacy infringement. It is the responsibility of our customers to decide whether to inform their family members, employees, vendors, customers, etc. if a geomoto tracking device has been installed on their vehicle or other asset. What We Collect

We collect the e-mail addresses and phone numbers of those who communicate with us via e-mail or voice, we aggregate information on what pages users access or visit, and information volunteered by our users. When you sign up to purchase a geomoto Tracking Device and to use the geomoto service, we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. geomoto uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

Third Party Applications

geomoto uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run geomoto. Although geomoto owns the code, databases, and all rights to the geomoto application, the data belongs to you.
